My journey has led me down a lot of roads that leave me uniquely poised to help people in a variety of ways. Spirit communication was the first skill I developed. Learning to read tarot cards, listen to my intuition, and develop my gifts naturally — uncovering cycles and patterns that most people are oblivious to.Reiki was a natural progression for me. I’ve always worked with energy in a self-taught capacity, and learning Reiki formally allowed me to expand this practice even further while still making it my own.Life coaching allowed me to utilize my pragmatic disposition, logical mind, and hypervigilant thoroughness to assist others in overcoming obstacles through knowledge, strategy, self-reflection, honesty, and action. I am able to help with any major life transition or skill acquisition, but I specialize in bereavement and grief support.As a Elite personal trainer I leverage the same strategic support knowledge and accountability to help you create meaningful change in your life physically as well as mentally and emotionally. I specialize in Weight Loss, Nutrition, Behavior Change, and Women's Fitness. As a Group Fitness Instructor I also teach TRX & am currently undergoing Aquatic Exercise Association's Certification Course to teach Aquatic Group Fitness.I offer One-on-One Training & Virtual Training are both available through Columbia Association.My goal is to combine my skill sets and offer multifaceted services for those who can benefit from my lived experience and training. Together, your goals are not some far-off dream. They happen today — right now, in this moment. Rome wasn’t built in a day, but they laid a brick every day.You’ve got this.Outside of my Services, I also recently started a Non-Profit 501-C3 called The Phoenix Catalyst™ whose mission is to build protect the environment, help those in need, bring awareness to mental health and above all, engaging people in fun and challenging physical activities, and above all bringing the sense of community back into peoples daily life.This goal led me to begin development of my Pre-workout and supplement line Phoenix FIre™ which is under active development. Phoenix Fire™ sales will generate revenue to help fund The Phoenix Catalyst™ events & expansion projects.I also manufacture my own Tarot, Oracle, and Message, and Trainer Decks. They are all still prototype proudctions and made to order.
